Choosing your vehicle
All Vehicle Contracts allows you to browse, and choose from a full range of cars and light commercial vehicles that are available from stock, or to order from our website.
Once you’ve found the car or light commercial you’d like, you can choose to configure your own quotation by choosing from the range of leasing and PCP products and configure your quote to suit your requirement’s, alternatively if you prefer to be speak to one of our experienced sales team you can call us on 01902 353393 and we will help and assist you in finding both the vehicle and method of funding that is right for you or your business, we will aim to do this straight away, although in busy times or out of office hours you may experience delays.
If you prefer you can complete our call back request directly from the vehicle quotation you have selected from our website, or if you are happy with what you have selected you can request our pre-contract order. This will be a call to action for one of the All Vehicle Contracts team to get in in touch with you as soon as possible. We will aim to do this straight away, although in busy times or out of office hours you may experience delays.
Upon receiving your enquiry, our first preferred method of contact is by telephone. This will enable us to fully understand your needs and offer advice on your options. If we’re unsuccessful in contacting you by phone, we will forward you an email, that will include your quotation along with our order procedure, and what permission’s we will require from you to action your order.

Due to ongoing Global supply chain issues, All Vehicle Contracts Ltd do allow clients to cancel their order if the lead time becomes unreasonable without charge but regretfully, we cannot issue any refunds of our documentation fee that is taken at the time of order. All Vehicle Contracts Ltd will allow documentation fees appertaining to cancelled orders to be carried over to a replacement vehicle order at our discretion.
Step 1 Pre Contract Order
To ensure that the process of ordering your vehicle runs smoothly we refer to your order as a pre contract order, this is because the vehicle you have chosen for us to supply is linked to a form of funding that could be a business or personal lease, contract hire or PCP finance contract agreement.
Step 2 Arranging Finance
Your quotation is attached to our Pre Contract Order along with the finance application relevant to the method of business or personal lease, contract hire or PCP finance you have chosen. It also contains the permission’s required to action your Pre Contract Order and finance approval for the required credit needed to complete your pre contract order. This procedure ensures your details are not passed on, and that credit searches completed with your permissions only relate to the vehicle as per your order.
Step 3 Checking Your Order
Your quotation is attached to our Pre Contract Order along with the finance application relevant to the method of business or personal lease, contract hire or PCP finance you have chosen. It also contains the permission’s required to action your Pre Contract Order and finance approval for the required credit needed to complete your pre contract order. This procedure ensures your details are not passed on, and credit searches completed only relate to the vehicle you have ordered. Once the credit has been approved we will contact you to check your requirements have not changed and the terms of the order and the terms of funding are suitable, and affordable for your needs.
Step 4 Order Verification
Once we have checked your order is correct your vehicle order details will be confirmed with our supplying dealer and when your car is expected to arrive, if not already in stock. You will receive an email to confirm these details and if acceptable we will order your vehicle.
Step 5 Order Tracking
Our team will remain in close contact with your and our supplying dealership, to keep you up updated on your vehicles scheduled delivery date. Unfortunately there are instances that can cause changes to the manufacture’s delivery schedule. We will keep you informed and inform you of any likely delays and explain the reasons why.
Step 6 Documentation Procedure
Normally Finance documents are emailed to you by our administration team dependent on the agreement type unless you are required or you have arranged to sign on our dealers or All Vehicle contracts trade premises. If the documents have been emailed you will be required to print out and sign the finance forms and return to the documents via post, or you may be able to complete the forms digitally, which will automatically returned via email.
Personal Contracts and finance agreements
Documentation and contracts will be forwarded, by post or email, prior to delivery. Delivery can only be scheduled after the mandatory 14 day cooling off period. In some instances, you may be required to collect the vehicle from the nominated dealer or from our trade premises; these requirements will be made clear to you by our vehicle allocation department at the point of your pre-contract order.
Step 7 Delivery Procedure
An email will be sent to you to confirm documentation procedures have been completed and you will be contacted by one of our administration team to confirm dates available for delivery by the dealer and arrange a convenient date and time for delivery of the vehicle to you.
Step 8 Delivery Check Procedure
Upon delivery your vehicle will be handed over in a professional manner and you will required to check the vehicle and sign a vehicle acceptance note.
